Julian Dominitzki – your specialist for drone photography and
3D modeling in the real estate industry

With more than eight years of management experience in the Acquisition and development of large-scale residential quarters (over 350 units) I last led as Regional Land Acquisition Leader at the WILMA Real Estate Group the establishment and expansion of the Berlin-Brandenburg acquisition team. In this role, I initiated and managed a Group-wide drone pilot program, which for the first time made high-resolution aerial photographs and centimeter-accurate 3D models usable for site analyses and cost estimates – the foundation for sky photography.

This expertise now flows into Sky photographs one – the drone service provider specializing in the real estate industryWe provide professional aerial photography, realistic 3D models, and data-driven quantity surveys from a single source. This allows developers to minimize time and cost risks, accelerate sales and approvals, and transparently manage projects throughout their entire lifecycle.

Previously, I worked for the project developer Bonava,Initially as a junior project manager and later as a project manager, in this role I was responsible for the acquisition of various residential construction projects in the Berlin-Brandenburg metropolitan region, which I subsequently managed overall.

in multi-story and residential construction in and around Berlin with a total of over 350 residential units and in retail sales and investor business Sales volumes of around 130 million eurosPreviously, I was part of the project management teams for neighborhood developments in Berlin's Marzahn-Hellersdorf and Lichtenberg districts, with a total of approximately 1,350 units. The successful implementation of these projects was based on close collaboration with the project participants and the use of holistic BIM models, as well as precise documentation and visualization of construction progress.

Additionally, I am a member of the Society for Real Estate Research eV(gif) as well as in KI Park eV, an innovation network focused on promoting new disruptive technologies and the profitable use of artificial intelligence.

My professional career began with a three-year dual study program in business administration with a focus on Bankingin cooperation with Deloitte.
